Alachua District Buc Tuocs Family Campout


The event will be held Friday, February 1st to Sunday February 3rd, 2019

Buc Tuocs Family Campout is for Lions, Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Webelos Scouts and their families. 

During this campout, cub scouts visit activities hosted by boy scout troops.  They generally include shooting sports, climbing wall, monkey bridge, cooking, AND MORE.  

Don't miss this great event.  The deadline to register is 1/30/2019.  

Cost is $17 per person on the registration site.   Children 4yrs old or under are free.

The pack meal plan is $8/adult and $5/child. Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast.  Just pack your tent, a Saturday Lunch and let us take care of the rest.  Sign up for the meal plan at: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0949A8A72AA5F94-2019


A medical form is required for each person.  If you filled one out within the last year, we should have it.  You can find the form here:

Hot Chocolate Social for EVERYONE! 

Saturday 
Breakfast at your campsite 
8:00 – 8:15 a.m. Opening Flag Ceremony and Announcements 
8:30 – 11:35 a.m. Round Robin Activities 
11:45 – 1:25 p.m. Lunch at your campsite / Free time for Scouts 
1:30 – 4:35 p.m. Round Robin Activities 
4:45 – 5:00 p.m. Retrieve the Flag at the Meninak Flagpole 
5:05 – 6:50 p.m. Dinner at your campsite 
7:00 p.m. Meet at Meninak Field for Campfire program 
Campfire Program: Every Pack performs a skit or song! 
10:00 p.m. Lights out 

Sunday 
7:00 – 8:00 a.m. Breakfast at your campsite 
8:30 – 9:00 a.m. Scout’s Own Service at Chapel by the Lake 
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Departure (LEAVE NO TRACE)
