Farm Campout

(Register by Nov. 4)

When and Where?

Our annual Fall Pack Campout is planned at the Home Field Advantage Farmstead located in Lee, FL (~90 min drive) on Friday, November 8 through Sunday November 10, 2019 (Veteran's weekend).

Address:  5789 SE County Rd 255, Lee, Florida

We will be doing our meal plan again (included in price), so just plan for drinks, snacks, Friday dinner, and Saturday Lunch.  The pack will feed you two breakfasts (Sat + Sun) and one dinner (Sat).

Most families will arrive Friday afternoon and evening, set up tents, and have dinner on their own. That night, we will have a campfire program.

Saturday morning we start with activities, organized by rank.  Boys can earn a number of rank requirements.  All will participate in Farm Demonstrations and a Farm Tour.  Who knows, we may even get to collect some fresh eggs.

Sunday we break camp by 11am and head home.

Some families may choose to come on Saturday morning instead of Friday night. Either way, you can kick back and enjoy a relaxing family camping experience at a farm.

Cost $35 per person (child, adult, or sibling).  The costs includes the camp fees, plus two breakfasts and one dinner.

You must pay in full at the time of registration, and this is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we find a replacement for you, since the Pack has to pay in advance.

What should we bring?

Each family is responsible for their own equipment and transportation.  Be sure to bring food for dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday.  The site has very limited power, so don't forget your battery-operated lanterns and cell phone chargers.

Our Pack has PLENTY of extra tents, air mattresses, and all sorts of camping gear that we can gladly share with families who are new to camping.  It's great to test-drive some products (and try out family camping) if it's a new experience.  Please contact our Outdoor Activity chairs Tung Wynn ( and Tom Bender (

Example Menus for the meals provided by the Pack:  Breakfasts--bacon, eggs, pancakes, french toast, fruit, coffee.  Dinner--Spaghetti and meatballs, salad. Bring your own drinks, snacks and Saturday Lunch. Please let us know in the comment section of registration if anybody has any food allergies or any other need for food accommodations.  We will gladly accommodate.

Remember, as with all camp outs, if your equipments is new, set it up at home in the daylight before bringing it camping and trying to set up under more stressful conditions.
